Commitment to Trust: Your health data is sensitive. We treat it with the highest level of security and never sell your personal health records to third-party advertisers.

2. Data We Collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you interact with our services:

For Patients

Identity: Name, Phone, Age, Gender.
Health: Symptoms, prescriptions, lab reports.
Location: For finding nearby clinics/labs.
Payment: Transaction IDs (we do not store card details).

For Doctors/Clinics

Professional: Registration No, Qualification, Experience.
Clinic: Address, Operating Hours, Fees.
Financial: Bank details for settlements.

3. Usage Scenarios

How your data flows through our ecosystem to provide services:

A. Doctor Appointment

When you book an appointment, we share your Name, Age, Gender, and Symptoms with the respective Doctor/Clinic so they can prepare for your visit.

Data Shared: Patient → Clinic

B. Medicine Orders

To fulfill orders, we share your Prescription Image and Delivery Address with our partner Pharmacists.

Data Shared: Patient → Pharmacy → Delivery Agent

C. Lab Tests

We share patient details with the Lab Partner for sample collection. Once ready, the Test Report is securely uploaded to your Jivan account.

4. Data Security

We employ state-of-the-art security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

EncryptionData is encrypted using AES-256 standards at rest and TLS 1.2+ during transit.

Access ControlOnly authorized medical personnel involved in your care can access your health records.

Note: You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
